Art Basel OVR: Miami Beach

December 4 – 6, 2020
Online

Blum & Poe is pleased to present a selection of work by twenty-six artists, offering fresh perspective in an era defined by physical distancing and abrupt societal change. As the works produced during the lockdown inherently reflect this new rhythm of life, earlier works shine light on unexpected threads between now and then. Many of these artistic practices capture human connectedness in unique ways. The juxtaposition of forms and colors, the dualities of inside and outside, organic and the humanmade, all remind us that it is possible to plant seeds through art—and collectively pollinate with new ways of thinking and world-building.

Alongside the mainstays of the gallery's program, this presentation also points to a chapter of new relationships and recent exhibitions, highlighted by the works of March Avery, Aaron Garber-Maikovska, and Eddie Martinez.
